What is depression? Depression is a constant feeling of sadness and loss of interest, which stops you doing your normal activities. Different types of depression exist, with symptoms ranging from relatively minor to severe. My opinion... Depression is a really bad feeling and I know what it feels like as a teenager. It's when you show the world you are living in rainbows and sunshine but really on the inside your are going through a wrecking storm and things are breaking down. Depression is the worst feeling you could ever go through and I hope no one ever goes through that. People think its only teenagers from the age of 12-18 that undergo through depression but that isn't true! Depression certainly has no age and attacks whenever it wants, though it's mostly teenagers from the age of 12-18 that go through it alot. And why is that? Well basically as a teenager we want to be living in paradise, have that perfect body and boyfriend. We want to be happy and have what we wan...
